Fat and Rich or Healthy and Rich?

"Fat and Rich is a oxymoron"
As stated by World Renowned Economist, and author Paul Zane Pilzer.

People who are getting older, are looking for something to live longer, age better, and feel better. No longer are they staying overweight, but they buying the products and services that will help them better understand and educate them to live better. They are becoming healthier and more physically fit.

The problem in the industry is an Economic problem not a biology problem, and the results hold true.

Food manufactures make foods which target the existing customers not new customer's. This is caused because it is easier to get a one time customer to purchase again then it is to find new customers. The processed food industry makes products that are cheaper then the natural healthier alternatives, I.E. fast food restaurants, frozen dinners and other packaged meals.

So those people who do not have a very good incomes look towards the cheaper foods and are the people who unfortunately buy these products that can be worse for us as consumers. With the invention of the "dollar" menu at local fast food restaurants and buy (2) get on FREE advertisements in local grocery stores, no wonder we are buying these lower quality products. These products often contain "fillers" or preservatives that give the meal a large portion however do not provide nutritional backing.

Those who have better incomes have more time and as a result eat healthier and seek better advice and products. For example look at celebrities in Hollywood. They have a lot more time than the typical person because they have a better income; as a result they are able to purchase products that can benefit them more than those who cannot afford them.

As a result the poor get heavier and the rich get thinner.

However this does not need to be the case for everyone. We can all learn a little something from education and research.

Did you know that 65% of the population is overweight and of that 25% are clinically obese?

Which category do you "fit" into?

Type 2 Diabetes...easy?

So many people are under the believe or assumption that Type 2 Diabetes is easy to over come. If this were true, why do we still have approximately 15 million Americans with this disease?

So believe it is based on obesity, that every "fat" person will contract this disease. This is NOT true. Obesity triggers the disease to surface, however does not cause people to contract this. Most, not all, but most people with Diabetes are born with a Pancreas deficiency, which will cause low levels of blood glucose, causing Type 2 Diabetes.

Unfortunately for most people simple diet and exercise is not enough to overcome this disease.
I am a personal test to that. I spent a year working out and modifying my diet, thinking I was OK. Until one day I nearly collapsed in the streets of New York while on vacation. It was after that I did further research into this disease.

This disease took my grandfather’s life along with complications of the effects on his body. This disease has also taken my mothers life, incapcitating her ability to hold a job because of the need of regular timely food and insulin medication.

You think it is easy when it is not. You may study the right foods to eat and strive in the gym for some time only to realise you stopped short and still have symptoms. It took my enough to nearly collapse to perfect my diet to a point of overcoming this disease. Blurred vision, clammy skin, faintness, loosing color, etc.

While this may be the minor form of the disease, it is very scary.
If you seek further knowledge, this is one good article to read.

What makes a true health enthusiast?

Is it going to the gym?
Wrong
Is it reading the latest diet plans from your magazine?
Wrong
Is it being a personal trainer?
Not necessarily
What makes a true health enthusiast is someone who is passionate about providing others health tips, whether for free or by some book they write or seminar they put on. A true health enthusiast is someone who shares a life long passion about themselves to serve themselves and their bodies better. Doesn't have to be a Doctor, or physician or even a personal trainer.

I find that many people share a passion for a better future through the use of proper nutrition, health and wellness. However few people actually take this information to heart or beyond. Most people read a few items, think they know everything, then quit. Those people often loose site of their goals and choose to except things just because. It is also said that most people quit right before they start to see results. What a shame.

What is the purpose of working out, dieting, starving (like some do) or putting yourself through things that you really don't like to do. I mean come on, who seriously loves the gym. We hate the gym, but live the results and what we are doing for ourselves. If you workout for yourself and not others, you will progress further. Although the support of others helps, you must first have the inner desire to change, because without the inner desire, you will not push hard enough and waste your time.

After all if we were not true enthusiasts and we don't share the inner desire, why would we push ourselves that hard in the gym everyday?

Imagine a perfect you!

Better Sleep, More Energy, More lifestyle, More Happiness!

That all can be achieve with proper nutrition.
Why guess at what you should take as for a supplement. When you buy a supplement, most supplements are made for the "general" public, these supplements are not gene specific.

However I have been looking at something for a short while now that will change all that. This new supplement is made directly from your DNA from test kit which you, as the customer, uses and sends back to the company.

The test is wholly confidential and all materials are destroyed after use. Your information is then turned into an electronic scanned file for storage and your name is no longer used. That information is then reviewed and sent to your home for your own benefit. After that a gene specific formula is made from your DNA and shipped to your house in the form of a vitamin supplement.

You can choose to add additional supplements to your specific results as you see fit, at any time!
For Example:
You run marathons, jog, or play sports a lot, you may want to add Glucosamine to your supplement to better support your joints. This can be added.

Why take several different capsules of many different bottles of vitamins, when you can receive this nutrition all in one?
I say throw away your old nutritional supplements and start over with a DNA and GENE specific product.

This product has been in development for many years by a panel of scientist, they are just now getting to place this on the market! After years of development and testing to insure that this product does and will continue to do what is it meant to do, it's no wonder these men feel like it is a life achievement.
Even the government wants to place our troops on the product!

The supplement make up is 90% organic even uses a vegetable outside casing. Currently the only ingredient that is not manufactured in a non-synthetic form is Vitamin B which is added to the standard form of this supplement system.
