This is not a diet in anyway. Its learning about foods and general nutrition. Learning about what to eat to maintain a health weight. This will also will help those on a diet, that hate their diets. Diets are for those who are not willing to learn the information on their own but require guidelines. Lifestyle changes are for those who are willing to take that information to the next level and incorporate it into everyday life.
